Founded in 2021 by Quentin Amaudry and Alexandre Pinon, Mendo is a SaaS solution that helps employees of large companies learn how to use software better. Initially developed on Excel, the solution is now available for ChatGPT through the MendoGPT tool. A big challenge when almost 1.4 billion people will have to be trained in generative artificial intelligence according to latest economic report from IBM/Oxford. According to the same report, 40% of the workforce will need to be retrained to cope with the rise of artificial intelligence technologies in the next three years.

“We aim to support 10,000 new employees in 2024 to help the digital transition in France and avoid the digital dividecomments Quentin Amaudry, CEO of Mendo. The adoption of generative artificial intelligence is a key issue in companies and society, and we aim to achieve an overall adoption rate of 75% among all our users. »

To date, the startup has more than 10,000 paying users in 94 countries and already supports large groups such as GRDF or EY. It recently just announced a partnership with the Yves Rocher group to train 600 employees in generative artificial intelligence. Last November, Mendo managed to complete a €700,000 fundraising from Tomcat and a group of business angels to revolutionize the way employees learn Excel and ChatGPT, but also to replicate its model to other applications such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.
