Apple just revealed its list of the 100 greatest albums of all time, in a statement released yesterday. This is ranking of the best albums ever recorded in the 21st century.
The list was compiled over the past few days by a team of Apple Music experts, along with a carefully selected group of artists, songwriters, producers and industry professionals.
Apple states in its press release that it iscompletely independent order. The initiative aims to pay tribute to albums that have marked the history of music (and promote the company’s music platform). Since May 13, Apple has revealed 10 works from the chart every day, and the first ten places are finally known.

According to experts, “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill” is a work that deserves first place. Lauryn Hill was awarded with trophy specially made by Apple:
To celebrate the announcement, Apple Music’s Zane Lowe and Ebro Darden spoke with Nile Rodgers and Maggie Rodgers. The former is a producer, writer and performer, while the latter is a Grammy-nominated artist and producer.
