The prefecture of Seine-Saint-Denis does not ease the pressure on shops Food and health checks continue at a continuous pace in the department as Olympic Games Paris 2024. Some visits retain their share (of bad surprises) like the one at the Inaya bakery located in the Les Fauvettes shopping center in Neuilly-sur-Marne.
The bakery refuses the health inspection
The business initially rejected the prefecture’s control. Enough to attract even more attention from the prefectural services who were finally able to enter the bakery with a back room more like a septic tank.
Cockroaches seemed to be the masters of the place with its obvious filth, as shown by the photos posted on X by the prefecture, which logically closed the establishment.
It indicates that the prefecture “will remain in effect until appropriate corrective measures are implemented by the head of the facility. That will be checked by state services.”
Recent health checks have also led to the closure of two other establishments:
- My Bento in Saint-Denis
- Essalame Butcher in La Courneuve
