The Japanese company explains that the special feature of this product, which is 40 centimeters high and 60 centimeters wide, is primarily that it is trained directly for Japanese, for translating a dozen languages (English, French, Chinese, Korean…). Plus, knowing that most translation tools use English to translate from one language to another. This reduces the possibility of error.
These windows already exist in several Tokyo stations, in front of the ticket counters. And with their ability to make discussion much more fluid than when you have to type on your smartphone and show it to try to be understood, these windows are increasingly in demand in the archipelago.
