We remind you that these judgments were made in application
The new draft judgment specifically applies to transportation, culture, leisure, exhibition centers and congress centers, as well as sales and service facilities for vehicles, laboratories, printing, and even audiovisual, free healthcare and courts. This text, which has more than 200 pages, defines the absolute values for the year 2030, expressed in kWh/m/year, according to the subcategories of the respective activities and all types of energy use. Special consideration is given to the consumption of the used equipment and the area they occupy. Taxpayers can also determine the consumption of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC stations), related to the climatic zone and the altitude at which they are installed.
Note: this text now includes a breakdown of absolute values in overseas departments, for most activity categories. This new regulation also adds CVC values of overseas departments for sectors already published in the previous judgments, such as educational buildings, hospitals, hotels, industrial laundries, and even judicial protection of young people, sports and collective nutrition.
